Joanne has a diverse performing career, having performed in opera, oratorio. and other musical productions. Among her roles have been Adele in "Die Fledermaus" and Despina in "Cosi fan tutte". An active recitalist, she is an adjunct faculty member at Grove City College as a vocal instructor and also maintains a private voice studio. She has lent her solo voice to local events such as the Buehl Park Summer Series and the Westminster College Celebrity Series; appeared as soprano soloist in such works as Poulenc's GLORIA and John Rutter's MAGNIFICAT; and has traveled throughout the tri-state area and beyond performing recitals and other vocal programs for various functions and organizations.
Her most recent solo appearances include soprano soloist in John Rutter's REQUIEM and a voice recital at Grove City College. She has sung the national anthem for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates.
